We've put together all of the info that you will need below which includes opening times, how you can buy tickets and what's going on over the weekend... We can't wait to welcome you all to Eat in the Park!

What are the opening times?

Gates open 11:30am and the event finishes at 9pm on both days.

​What do you get for a VIP ticket?

 

Private bar with view of the main stage, Luxury loos, Magician, seated area with games and more TBC.

 

Children are allowed into VIP as long as they are with their parent or guardian who holds a VIP ticket.

 

 

Do I need to purchase a ticket for 0-5 year old?

 

No, you just NEED to select the number of 0-5 year old tickets you require for Health and safety purposes.

 

 

Are animals allowed at EITP?

 

No, animals are not permitted at Eat in the Park with the exception of assistance dogs.

 

 

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

APPLICATIONS REGARDING ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AT EAT IN THE PARK ARE NOW OPEN

 

EITP is committed to making everyone’s experience an enjoyable one with ease of access throughout the festival.

 

Please do consider that EITP is an outdoor event with grass fields and grounds with gradients/uneven surfaces, whilst we have made a great effort to provide facilities to accommodate for this there will inevitably be some areas that are hard to navigate.

what to bring

Tickets: print or have the ready on your phone

Cash/card: Please bring both, there will be no atm's on site

ID: ID is not a condition of Entry. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy at all bars. Passport, driver’s licence, Validate UK or Citizen Card are accepted.
We will not accept photocopies. If you are below the age of 16 you will need to be supervised by an adult.

Suitable clothing: If you're familiar with the area then you'll know the weather is constantly changing. Please check the forecast and dress suitably for the weather.

Chairs: Camp chairs are permitted to eat in the park.

 

what not to bring

Bags: Only bring bags if absolutely necessary. large bags will not be permitted on site such as cool boxes, food hamper and large rucksacks.

Food/drink: No food or drink is to be permitted with the exception of child and baby food. 

Alcohol: Please do not bring any form of alcohol on site, any alcohol found will be confiscated.

Drugs: The use of illegal drugs is not permitted at eat in the park. If you are seen with drugs, security will be called and it is likely the police will be involved.   

 

 

entry & tickets

Once you’ve bought tickets they will be with you 2-3 weeks before the festival.

Keep a lookout and remember to check your spam folder just in case they drop into there.

To speed up your entry we would love you to print your Ticket(s) or have it ready on your phone for scanning by our staff. This will speed up your arrival.

Only bring bags if absolutely necessary. Large bags will not be permitted on site such as cool boxes, food hamper and large rucksacks. Please understand that bringing a bag will increase your queuing time.

Please note, Bag searches and Security are in operation for your safety. So please consider this and remember to be patient. The safety and security of our festival goers is our number one priority.

When leaving the site please remember to listen to the instructions given by our security and stewards, they are there for your safety.

prohibited items

  • No fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, Chinese lanterns or any Pyro of any description

 

  • No controlled substances (including psychoactive substances).

 

  • No glass, no gas canisters, no disposable barbeques.

 

  • No explosives, firearms, large knives, blades or replica weapons of any sort.

 

  • No bikes, skateboards or scooters.

 

  • No megaphones, large amplification equipment, klaxons or air horns.

 

  • No gazebos, parasols, sports equipment, banners or other furniture.

 

  • No tents, large bags, hi-visibility tabards or similar.
